by the numbers

Spring is starting to spring around here. With it comes the good, the bad, and the ugly. Here it is by the numbers:

The good:
3 hours spent playing outside yesterday
3 happy kids playing on the tramp and digging in the dirt
2 dogs happily walking BESIDE us as we took a walk (truly a miracle)
2 hour nap by the baby
8 flowers in my yard have bloomed

The bad:
6 mosquitoes slapped to death
2 spiders stomped on

The ugly:
1 six year old boy who has no interest in school when there is playing to do
1 dog got out of the yard while the dog catcher was coming down the street

3 stinky kids by the end of the day
