...went on 2 hikes, both of which I went without Randy. Not an easy task with 2 kids
...helped my nephew complete his Eagle project: making school kits for the LDS Humanitarian center.
...had a fun field day including soccer, human Foosball, and human car racing.
...lake day at Jordanelle Resevoir. Fun times included my nephew pulling the anchor of the water trampoline on his head and splitting it open. His mother, my sister, nearly fainted while holding the gash closed. Classic.
...treasure hunt through the South Towne Mall ending with the win of "The Girls"
...kareoke
...night at the dog park. Enough said.
...Skit in a bag- absolutely hilarous
...ran a 5K at a Labor Day celebration. I am not a runner, so I'm excited that I finished it in 26:18!
and so much more. It was so fun to be with family. I miss you all already!

Home sweet home! There's nothing like getting back to the comfortable 100 degree weather. I can't believe you only have about 8 months left in Vegas. This might be the longest 8 months of your life.
Congrats on your 5K time MD! That's SO GREAT. I'll be doing an 8K in October. My goals are very simple--just to run the whole thing and finish in less than an hour :) You're awesome!
